Ford PIU Hybrid power loss issues

Greetings Members-

We have three 2021 hybrid PIUs that will go into limp in mode intermittently when under heavy acceleration. Stop safely will appear on the cluster and codes P061A (internal control module torque performance) and P0B24 (hybrid battery voltage unstable) will be stored. We replaced the battery energy control modules and recharger the hybrid batteries. This did not correct the issue. Has anyone experienced this issue?
